In the program I really liked that you were tuned into what we were dealing with so you customized our path to focus on the immediate issues we were having and helped get us get on track.  I didn’t realize how close we were to shutting down the construction company and how poor our own internal communication was until we started doing the work, but we were able to right the ship within a couple weeks and then focussed on getting everyone rowing in the same direction.

One of the most powerful parts are the weekly Q&A sessions where we review last week’s goals and accomplishments.  Those sessions really help flush out the challenges and we have great dialog about ways to address them.  Most entrepreneurs don’t fear change but we lack perspective on the fact that the rest of the world does not see things the way we do and you’ve been great at helping me understand this so I can work on presenting the information and goals in a way my team can relate to and execute.

BPS was great with helping us determine who should be “on the bus” and what seat they should be sitting in.  As we move forward there’s a solid focus on direction and everyone is working from the same set of goals and objectives outlined on our scoreboard.
